Please read these terms carefully before using SoouthernOceanClub. Last updated: May 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoouthernOceanClub ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
SoouthernOceanClub is a social entertainment platform. All games on the Platform use virtual Ocean Coins which have no monetary value. Ocean Coins cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services of any kind. No real-money gambling takes place on this Platform.
3. Eligibility
Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may hold only one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Virtual Currency
Ocean Coins are granted for entertainment purposes only. They are awarded on registration (5,000 coins) and through daily login bonuses. Ocean Coins may be gained or lost through gameplay. At no point do Ocean Coins represent a financial instrument, and no purchase of Ocean Coins for real money is available or implied.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use automated tools, bots, or scripts; create multiple accounts; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit game mechanics; harass or threaten other players; impersonate any person or organisation; or use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, game mechanics, and code — is the property of SoouthernOceanClub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will provide notice of material changes on the Platform.
